People without work experience can send CV; according to the results of the interview the company provides training and suitable position at a production site.
The company is also happy to hire young professionals immediately after graduation. In this case, a mentoring system is most often used, when a young specialist gets help of an experienced mentor who controls the process of work, as well as gives his knowledge and experience to his young colleague.
If necessary, the company provides additional training outside of production (at various advanced training courses, seminars, etc.), since highly qualified personnel is one of the company's priorities.
